I did aerial outside in my back yard tonight which was a PERFECT evening. In my personal practice sometimes i like to finish with some guided meditation. I highly reccomend the Meditation Mini podcast. I've been doing it for years and it's a beautiful practice. I have been inconsistent in my personal yoga practice for a while now. In November I challenged myself with doing yoga every day. It has reminded me how SIMPLE practices every day is actually life changing. Many people have odd ideas what yoga is. It's not just stretching, it's not just for flexibility and you can do it if you "aren't flexible" too 😜 Yoga is NOT a religion. I promise you no matter who you are or what your body can do there is a yoga style for you. While the benefits may vary depending on the person I dare say (done correctly) everyone can benefit from it. Yoga is for everybody and every body.
