Good morning, lovely clients! We would like to clear up some confusion we seem to be having about our PetDesk app.

What you CAN do with the app:
1. Confirm appointments
2. Request medication refills

What you CANNOT do with the app:
1. Schedule/request appointments
2. Request vaccines/appointments for vaccines. These are things you will still need to call our office for.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us for more clarification :)

Our office is now using PetDesk to send email and text message reminders for appointments and vaccines! You can also now download the PetDesk app and use that to request medication refills! Please bear with us as we transition to this new program. This should help with our busy phone lines as well, keeping the lines more open for urgent calls and walk-in check-ins :)

We'd like to remind our clients that we now offer Bravecto Quantum for dogs! Bravecto Quantum is an annual injection for flea and tick prevention! Just like the Proheart injection for heartworm prevention, Quantum works the same way. With flea and tick season starting up, don't wait to get your pups protected!
