When our mental health is supported- we’re better able to manage stress, make healthy choices, maintain relationships, and handle daily responsibilities! 🫶🏻

When our mental health is struggling- it can impact our physical health, energy, motivation, sleep, and even our immune system! Don't for one second think that mental health and physical health are not DEEPLY connected. 🙌🏻

Taking care of our mental health helps us function, heal, and thrive in all areas of life!! ❤️

Calling all crafters, quilters, & tie blanket makers! This post is for you!
We are in urgent need of adult sized blankets for our families and older kiddos. Handmade or store-bought, we would love to get warm and cozy blankets to our families!
Blankets must be new or made of new materials and come from a smoke-free home.
