🌞 Anxiety and worry are addictive. Even when we have nothing to fear or worry about we may find ourselves looking for something to worry about. And we find it.

When fear or anxiety show up, it gives you a choice. The choice between believing what we feel is real and what's not; feeling safe with the devil you know (worry) or to answer your inner desire to follow your purpose by moving into the unknown (trust).

It's scary to move into trust. Take deep breaths, choose to not follow that fear down the bunny hole. Lift yourself up - even just a little bit at a time - find ANYTHING to think about that feels better. Work your way up that ladder of feelings.

Then breathe and let go of the things that created that fear.

🌞The way you measure yourself is how you measure others and if you're passing judgements on others you are certainly judging yourself. And that self judgement is one MAJOR block to happiness.

It does take a little effort to become aware of our thoughts and conversations to notice how we judge others. Once you hear yourself pass a judgement, you can begin to let go of it.

It is so worth the effort it takes to do this, because once we start shifting away from judgements the lighter and happier we begin to feel. And that leads to what we are all after. Joy.

✨ Sometimes we get triggered by the behavior of others and most likely it's showing you something you need to heal within yourself. Perhaps an insecurity, a self-doubt? If you are clear about what it is, that's great. If you don't see it, but feel bothered, this still works. Just take a breath and ask for healing. Just ask! Is it really gonna break you to just say this to yourself??

The moment you say "thanks for healing this" you are engaging your higher self, your guides, your angels, your God as an active participant in your healing.

The moment you say "thank you for healing this" you are directing your subconscious towards healing.

At that moment you are setting an intention - a powerful intention - to engage source energy and your most powerful self (your subconscious) moving you towards unconditionally loving yourself.

Remember energy follows intention. It's powerful.

✨🌼 Meditation can be challenging for some. Learning how to not pay attention to the random thoughts that intrude while trying to meditate can make us feel like we aren't doing it right.

I promise you, if you are recognizing that thoughts are coming in, and you just let them go, you are doing it right. Even when they pop up again.

We can never stop thinking. The key to meditation is just allow thoughts to come and go without getting caught up in them.

✨ Kali Ma - Goddess associated with time, change, creation, power, destruction and death.

Kali Ma is a most compassionate goddess as she brings liberation. Kali brings the death of the ego (the programmed version of who we are).

She appears to be terrifying. This is meant to disrupt you to create a break in the pattern of your concepts of yourself. Your upset is only to get you out of bo***ge, and have you land exactly where you need to be for the better. You wouldn't have done this on your own! You needed to be realigned with truth, with who you really are.

Shiva’s beloved and counterpart. In one story, there is a terrible demon wreaking havoc on the world. Undefeatable because every time he is cut, more demons appear from the droplets of blood. The Goddess Durga, usually the one to take care of business, becomes frustrated, squeezes her eyes shut. Suddenly her third eye opens and out jumps Kali. Kali unrolls her giant tongue over the battlefield drinking the blood of the demon. With the demons defeated, Kali performs a victory dance so powerful it threatens to crack the Earth itself. Afraid of her force of destruction, Shiva lies down beneath her, and when she sees her beloved on the ground, she turns infinitely tender once again.

She embraces both fierceness and tenderness. Kali drinks our "demons" the manifestations of our wounds whether they be shame, doubt, addiction, lack of self worth, fear, or insecurity.

She wants nothing but for you to discover your wisdom and your power. You will redefine who you are by giving up things that you thought were essential to your definition of yourself - your fears and your self doubts.

She's shown with a necklace of skulls and skirt made of arms. Those beliefs of the self that have held you back, stifled your greatness. Her skin is shown as black or dark blue some say to show the limitless sky born from darkness.Call on Kali Ma support you in letting go of fear.

✨ While learning astrology, my then teacher was pointing out a lot of heavy aspects in a birth chart. We remarked at how impossible overcoming those hard influences would be for a person. My teacher pointed out many extraordinarily fortunate and positive aspects in that chart. These aspects provided the internal resources for the individual to successfully transcend those challenges.

That message consistently comes through in readings when a person is struggling with a challenging situation. Look within, we each have what it takes to transcend every difficult situation. When we do reach deep within, we may be pleasantly surprised by what gifts we discover we actually have.

Experiencing challenges lately? Dig deeper, keep reaching higher. Keep going even when it feels as though you can't, know you have all the resources you need. And with that foundation you can create even more. Therein lies the gift.
