long time patient of ours broke a tooth which also had a long standing amalgam on upper left second molar. normally would have done a crown but the patient is older and receives constant oxygen support so I decided to fill the tooth as quickly as I was able to instead for more simplicity.

newer patient came in Thursday evening with deep decay on lower left second molar with fracture on lingual and distal craze line. no symptoms

Removed decay, covered distal lingual cusp and filled tooth with composite 3m filtek supreme ultra

First patient of 2026 , let the good times begin!

Patient came in Wednesday afternoon with a deep cavity on upper left first molar which was sensitive, but vital. Patient back in this morning for a filling. 3M filtek supreme ultra composite filling.

Patient came in with a PFM bridge from 9-11 which had deep decay on both abutments, replacement needed

Decay removed, new post, build ups
New zirconia bridge

Been a while since I’ve posted any dental cases.
New patient came in with deep decay and fracture tooth #5. No symptoms and nerve still alive.

Removed decay, core build up, vertical preparation, pre cement X-ray. STML zirconia with RelyX. Going to do an implant in lower right
