A graveside service for Nancy Sampson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at New Friendship Baptist Church.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday in the Wilbur Robinson Memorial Chapel at Robinson-Walker Funeral Service.

Family members are in their respective homes.

A public viewing for Mr. Jerry Walker will be held at Robinson-Walker Funeral Service in Ware Shoals, SC, on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 3 pm to 7 pm.

A formal funeral will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 2 pm at Dunn Creek Baptist Church in Donalds, SC. All family and friends are welcome to attend. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Family members are at their respective homes.

Holiday grief has kicked in.
And while you’re excited for the holidays…
some of us are just trying to survive another year without our loved ones.

This time of year cuts deep.
The lights get brighter, but the ache gets heavier.
The world speeds up, but grief doesn’t take a holiday.

Some people are decorating trees.
Others are staring at an empty spot where someone should still be.

So celebrate if you can, truly.
But don’t forget the ones fighting to hold it together.
The ones smiling through heartbreak.
The ones carrying memories instead of people.

This season is magic for many…
