✨ Creative moments at Cedarbrook Village! ✨
Our residents have been busy crafting and letting their creativity shine!
Last week, we experimented with resin and made beautiful coasters filled with glitter, vibrant colors, and delicate flowers — each one uniquely designed.
Today, we created stunning butterflies and hummingbirds using dried flowers on canvas. The detail, color, and imagination that went into each piece were truly inspiring!
At Cedarbrook Village, senior living means exploring new hobbies, expressing creativity, and making something beautiful together. 💕🎨

🍕🍻 Our Men’s Group at Cedarbrook Village was a big success! 🍻🍕
Good pizza, cold beer, great conversation, and plenty of laughter made for a fantastic gathering. It was wonderful to see everyone relaxing, sharing stories, and simply enjoying time together.

Of course… a few ladies couldn’t resist crashing the party! 😉 And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way — the more the merrier!

A very special thank you to our volunteer Chris for helping host and making the event such a great experience for everyone. We truly appreciate the time and heart you bring to our community! 💙
We’re already looking forward to the next one!

🌵 The Wild Wild West rode into Cedarbrook and what a rootin’-tootin’ good time we had!
We kicked up our boots to “Cotton Eye Joe,” tried our hand at roping the cow (her name was Cheese 🐄), and cooled off with some delicious root beer floats. There was plenty of friendly competition with a game of rummy, but the real highlight of the day was all the laughter that filled the room.
From cowboy hats to big smiles, it was an afternoon full of fun, fellowship, and western spirit. Events like these remind us that you’re never too old to dance, play, and enjoy a little Wild West adventure! 🌵✨
Cedarbrook sure knows how to have a boot-scootin’ good time! 🤎

❤️ Part 2 of our wonderful visit with the Pathfinders students ❤️
The fun continued on our Memory Unit, where the Pathfinders brought so much joy, kindness, and energy into the room. From laughter and games to the most thoughtful handmade Valentine’s Day card, their visit truly brightened our day.
Our residents were all smiles as they shared conversations, creativity, and sweet moments together. These intergenerational visits mean more than words can express — they bring warmth, connection, and beautiful memories for everyone involved.
Thank you, Pathfinders students, for your time, your compassion, and the love you shared with us. We are so grateful for you! 💕

What an incredible Morning filled with laughter, energy, and so many smiles! 💕
The Pathfinders students came to visit and put on an awesome (and very competitive!) game of balloon volleyball. The room was full of cheering, playful competition, and nonstop laughter — it was such a joy to watch everyone get into the spirit of the game. 🎈🏐
After all the excitement, the students surprised us by making beautiful Valentine’s Day card for our residents. In return, we had fun creating some special cards for them as well — a wonderful exchange of kindness and creativity. 💌
We wrapped up the morning with a lively game of bingo, bringing all generations together for even more fun. Days like today remind us how meaningful these connections are and how much joy comes from sharing time with one another. ❤️
Thank you, Pathfinders, for the love and happiness you brought into our home!

About us

Tucked into the verdant hills of the Pioneer Valley is the town of Ware, Massachusetts. Named the “Manour of Peace” in 1716 by its founder, John Read, Ware remains to this day a quiet town that embraces commercial and recreational growth without allowing it to impose on the features that make Ware a wonderful place to live.

With a population just under 10,000, Ware embodies what it means to be a New England small town: abundant parks and rolling hills, river views, and a busy, historical town center. But don’t let this town’s rural feel fool you. The Main Street shopping district was the hub of 18th century community life; today, it still provides a strong service economy replete with inns and taverns and locally owned shops. Recreational services, a strong educational system, and easy access to commercial transportation all bolster Ware’s appeal to residents and visitors alike.

Located just 27 miles east of the Springfield metropolitan area and west of Worcester, Ware is an easy drive to the cultural amenities and employment opportunities afforded by the larger cities, yet within reach of a quiet community to call home. Hartford, CT is an hour’s drive south and Boston is 90 minutes to the east. Ware is within easy reach of commuter rails and both Hartford's Bradley International and Boston Logan International Airport.

While visiting with loved ones at this Everbrook community, be sure to make time for the great outdoors: In additional to walkways, bike paths, and fishing spots at local Ware parks, the Berkshire Mountains are a short drive away and offers more vigorous activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing. For a slower pace, enjoy the shops, museums, and historical sites in and around Lenox village. Conclude the day with dinner or a spa treatment at Canyon Ranch or the holistic/yoga retreat center, Kripalu. If the grandkids are visiting, the whole family can enjoy a daytrip or overnight stay at the indoor water resort, Great Wolf Lodge, or hang out with the Looney Tunes characters and enjoy the thrilling rides at Six Flags New England amusement park just outside of Springfield.
