Yoga is more than postures, it is a complete, integrated system for living, teaching, and self-study.
Deeper Exploration Into the Eight Limbs of Yoga:
Connecting the Inner & Outer Limbs
is a 12-hour Continuing Education (CEU) workshop offering an in-depth exploration of the Eight Limbs of Yoga as a practical framework for both teaching and personal practice.
Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, this series focuses on how the limbs function together, rather than as isolated concepts — and how they can be meaningfully applied in modern life, on and off the mat.
Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are explored as natural extensions of a grounded practice, with special attention given to concentration, meditation, and self-observation. Throughout the series, we examine how the inner and outer limbs support one another in sustainable, embodied ways.
✨ Workshop Format
Each session includes lecture, discussion, movement, breathwork, and reflection, supporting both academic understanding and experiential learning.
• Yoga teachers will gain clear language and practical tools for integrating yogic philosophy into classes
• Students will develop a deeper understanding of yoga beyond asana
This workshop is appropriate for yoga teachers earning CEUs and committed students interested in studying yoga as a complete system.
