📣 We’re ! Join Our Won Institute Clinics Team

We are looking for a Part-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our team starting April 1, 2026!

💼 Position: Part-Time Clinic Receptionist
🕒 Schedule: 15–20 hours per week
📅 Coverage Needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, and 1–2 Saturdays per month (with flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed)

Our receptionist team is often the first friendly face patients see when they arrive. This role is essential in helping keep our clinics organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

✨ Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Greeting patients and assisting with paperwork
• Answering phones and clinic emails
• Maintaining clinic records and documentation
• Supporting clinic events and daily financial tracking
• Coordinating mail, paperwork, and clinic communications

✅ Ideal candidates will have:
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working in a diverse academic and clinical community
• Attention to confidentiality and compliance (HIPAA, FERPA, Title IX)
