One of the biggest things I find myself teaching my telehealth patients beyond going over their labs, their protocol and teaching them about their health, is self-compassion, grace, and lightness. This is sustainable wellness .

Yes, the protocols are very important when you are healing or optimizing. Yes consistency is needed if you want to improve labs, health goals and lives.

But as I’m always saying: You can’t heal a body you hate. You can’t shame your way to wellness. You can’t obsess your way to health.

Stressing and shaming yourself about whatever the wellness thing is, isn’t good for your health.
