We couldn’t leave out the kids!
Kids need practice learning when they need self-care and how to incorporate it into their daily life.
The benefits of kids' self-care are practicing mindfulness skills, lower stress levels, regulating emotions, helping them be present, and engaging all five senses.

School breaks are a good time to recharge, but it's essential to maintain a light routine.
Try going to bed and waking up around the same time each day during the holiday break.
All these holiday self-care activities help you be more present, regulate your mood, engage your mind, and lower stress.
