Sorry to report that we once again are experiencing our monthly internet and phone service outage. 😭😭😭 I have confirmed the issue with our service provider and they are working to resolve the issue. Hopefully, it will be a quick and easy response and repair and we will be back online soon. Without service, we cannot transmit claims, process credit cards or even print prescription labels. 😩😩 I will post here when/if restored. Thanks for understanding.

We are currently experiencing a service provider outage of our phone and internet service. Until this is restored, we are unable to fill prescriptions, process credit cards or make/receive calls. We have spoken with Sparklight and they are aware and working to resolve the problem but presently, there is no ETA of restoration of service. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this causes and believe me, we share them with you. We are hopeful that service is restored quickly so that we can resume serving you. I will update here when service is restored. Thanks for your patience.

We plan to resume normal hours tomorrow at 8:30am. Please understand that we may have limited staff early in the day, so be patient as we try to catch up from the unexpected closure. Everyone stay safe and warm!

Mother Nature has really shown out and we underestimated her. The roads appear unsafe for travel so I’m afraid that we won’t be able to open today. Hopefully the sunshine will clear the roads somewhat this afternoon and we will be able to resume operations tomorrow. We will post updates here as those decisions are made. Enjoy this beautiful snow, stay warm and stay safe!

We will close today at 3pm to allow safe travels for our staff. We plan to reopen tomorrow when safe but it will most likely be later than normal. We will post an opening time here in the morning once it has been determined.

Still keeping an eye on the weather: looks like we should get some precipitation today, possibly even earlier than we expected. Not exactly certain how long we will be open today, but we will almost certainly close earlier than usual to ensure the safety of our staff. If you need meds, please try to get here before lunchtime so that you can be certain that you can pick them up. Also, we anticipate a late opening tomorrow morning. We will post those hours here once we can assess the situation and make a determination. Everyone please stay safe.

Friends- with the possibility of inclement weather in our area over the next couple of days, please check your medications and make sure that you have enough for a few days, just to be safe. We will be open until 6:30pm today and will re-open in the morning at 8:30am. We hope to observe normal hours as much as possible this week, but we must ensure the safety of our employees and will adjust our hours as needed to allow for everyone’s safe travel to and from work. Any changes to our normal operating hours will be posted here. Thanks for understanding and please be safe this week!
