Cautiously happy to report that our service has been restored and we are receiving calls and our online service is restored. Thanks for your patience with us.

Sorry to report that we once again are experiencing our monthly internet and phone service outage. 😭😭😭 I have confirmed the issue with our service provider and they are working to resolve the issue. Hopefully, it will be a quick and easy response and repair and we will be back online soon. Without service, we cannot transmit claims, process credit cards or even print prescription labels. 😩😩 I will post here when/if restored. Thanks for understanding.

We are currently experiencing a service provider outage of our phone and internet service. Until this is restored, we are unable to fill prescriptions, process credit cards or make/receive calls. We have spoken with Sparklight and they are aware and working to resolve the problem but presently, there is no ETA of restoration of service. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this causes and believe me, we share them with you. We are hopeful that service is restored quickly so that we can resume serving you. I will update here when service is restored. Thanks for your patience.

Mother Nature has really shown out and we underestimated her. The roads appear unsafe for travel so I’m afraid that we won’t be able to open today. Hopefully the sunshine will clear the roads somewhat this afternoon and we will be able to resume operations tomorrow. We will post updates here as those decisions are made.
