Day four of Dental Assistant week!
Netra serves as our Clinical Administrator and EFDA. She oversees day-to-day clinical logistics, ensuring schedules, systems, and patient flow run seamlessly. In addition to managing operations, she readily steps in chairside to assist when needed, supporting both providers and team members to maintain efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Holly is Dr. Pierce’s assistant, bringing well-rounded clinical knowledge and a strong work ethic to the operatory each day. She keeps his schedule flowing smoothly, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead to ensure efficiency and organization. With an intuitive ability to read his unspoken cues, Holly creates a seamless chairside dynamic that enhances both patient care and productivity. Her steady presence, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork make her an essential part of the daily success of the practice.
Britney is a dedicated EFDA with extensive knowledge in CEREC technology, bringing confidence and consistency to every procedure she supports. She takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient care while making sure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit. With her positive attitude, calm chairside presence, and strong attention to detail, Britney helps create a smooth clinical experience that leaves patients feeling reassured and valued.
Kay is one of our newest assistants and a certified EFDA. She is a valued new addition to our assisting team. As she continues learning our workflows and standards of care, she brings a positive attitude and strong desire to grow. Kay is dedicated to providing organized, efficient support while ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
