Day four of Dental Assistant week!

Netra serves as our Clinical Administrator and EFDA. She oversees day-to-day clinical logistics, ensuring schedules, systems, and patient flow run seamlessly. In addition to managing operations, she readily steps in chairside to assist when needed, supporting both providers and team members to maintain efficiency and high-quality patient care.

Holly is Dr. Pierce’s assistant, bringing well-rounded clinical knowledge and a strong work ethic to the operatory each day. She keeps his schedule flowing smoothly, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead to ensure efficiency and organization. With an intuitive ability to read his unspoken cues, Holly creates a seamless chairside dynamic that enhances both patient care and productivity. Her steady presence, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork make her an essential part of the daily success of the practice.

Britney is a dedicated EFDA with extensive knowledge in CEREC technology, bringing confidence and consistency to every procedure she supports. She takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient care while making sure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit. With her positive attitude, calm chairside presence, and strong attention to detail, Britney helps create a smooth clinical experience that leaves patients feeling reassured and valued.

Kay is one of our newest assistants and a certified EFDA. She is a valued new addition to our assisting team. As she continues learning our workflows and standards of care, she brings a positive attitude and strong desire to grow. Kay is dedicated to providing organized, efficient support while ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Amanda is a certified EFDA with credentials in Phlebotomy and serves as Dr. Williams’ assistant. She is highly skilled in CEREC technology and a variety of other clinical procedures, bringing confidence and capability to the operatory each day. Known for her reliability and steady presence, Amanda helps keep the schedule flowing smoothly while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Her strong work ethic and team-first mindset make her an essential part of the clinical team.

Amy is a dedicated assistant who joined our team with minimal experience but has truly blossomed into a strong and dependable part of our clinical team. Through hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn, she has grown in both confidence and skill. Amy brings a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to care for patients, making her a valued and uplifting presence in our office.

Brandy is a certified EFDA and Phlebotomy certified and proudly serves as Dr. Leavengood’s assistant. She is a true quiet doer within our team, leading by example with reliability and a strong work ethic. While she may not seek the spotlight, her steady presence and commitment to quality care speak volumes. Brandy ensures her patients feel comfortable and supported, making a meaningful impact through her calm confidence, consistency, and dedication to the team.

Jeffrie is one of our newest assistants and a certified EFDA. She is currently training in our clinical protocols and systems to ensure a seamless patient experience. Committed to excellence, she is focused on mastering every detail so she can support the team and care for patients effectively and efficiently.

Kionna is a dedicated CDA who is committed to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for during their visit. She is currently expanding her knowledge in dentistry as she works toward becoming a hygienist, demonstrating her passion for growth and excellence in patient care.

Heather is one of Dr. Leavengood’s assistants and a certified EFDA who brings compassion to every patient interaction. She is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout their visit. With her warm personality, gentle reassurance, and natural ability to put others at ease, Heather creates a welcoming environment that helps patients feel relaxed and confident in their care!

Yusby is one of Dr. Jack’s surgical assistants and holds credentials as a CDA and in Phlebotomy. She specializes in surgical procedures and is committed to ensuring her patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Ashley is Dr. Jack’s assistant and holds credentials as an EFDA who specializes in the prosthetic process. She ensures each step of the transition is precise and well-coordinated, while providing thorough patient education and reassurance as patients regain their smile and confidence.

They play a key role in keeping Dr. Jack’s day running smoothly and efficiently. We are so thankful for them! ❤️

Our Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene teams took part in workshops designed to continue expanding their knowledge and elevating patient care.

In honor of Children’s Dental Health Month, Michelle also spent time with a local class teaching students all about keeping their smiles healthy and strong.
