My birthday is coming up 🎉🎂
And you know what? I had to learn how to celebrate me.

Not just with cake and gifts—but by taking care of myself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I’ve spent too many birthdays putting myself last, downplaying my worth, or waiting for someone else to make me feel special. But not anymore.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:

💡 It’s not selfish to honor your growth.
💡 It’s necessary to prioritize your peace.
💡 It’s powerful to choose joy—on your birthday and every day.

So this year, I’m celebrating more than another trip around the sun…
I’m celebrating the healed, whole, and wiser version of me.

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending and being a vendor at the Men's Health Expo, hosted by the Houston County Health Department.
It was a great opportunity, experience, and I met some wonderful people.

In addition, my side kick, my Sister, my marketing manager, Danielle Smith was by my side who I greatly appreciate for putting up with me as always. Thank you Sis! My son Caribe Polk II came out to support his mother.

I'm so grateful for this journey and so excited about where it's taking me.
