Chimichurri Sauce 🌿 (Fresh • Anti-Inflammatory • Flavor Booster)

Bright, herby, and takes 5 minutes. This is the sauce that makes clean protein taste exciting again.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh cilantro

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red pepper flakes

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions

Finely chop herbs (don’t blend — texture matters).

Stir in garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Slowly mix in olive oil.

Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving to deepen flavor.

Store in fridge up to 5 days.

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp curry powder

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp sea salt

Optional: pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Whisk marinade ingredients together.
