🚨 New Group for Young Men (Ages 13–17) 🚨

Optimum Healing Pathways is excited to introduce our Young Men’s Mental Wellness Group, designed to support boys as they grow into confident, emotionally healthy young men.

This group will be led by a male facilitator and will provide a safe space for young men to talk about real-life challenges while learning skills that help them succeed in life.

Topics will include:
• Emotional awareness and healthy expression
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Navigating challenges young men face today
• Healthy communication and respect in relationships
• Dating conversations and boundaries
• Life skills, etiquette, and leadership
• Time management and personal responsibility
• How to present yourself with confidence and integrity

Our goal is to help young men develop character, resilience, and the tools needed to transition successfully into adulthood.

📅 First Session Begins: Thursday, April 9

Awaken Voices DV Services is excited to return as a panelist for the Youth Resources Panel on March 7th!

In collaboration with Leslie Nelson of Pivotal Connection, LLC and the Douglas County Youth Innovation Center, this event helps parents gain practical tools, trusted resources, and support to strengthen their child’s emotional growth and well-being.

Optimum Healing Pathways is proud to host a Career Exploration Day on

This is NOT a job fair.

This is a day to explore your future. 💭✨

We’re bringing together professionals from a wide range of fields — including doctors, lawyers, nurses, cosmetologists, aestheticians, welders, and more — to show our community that there are multiple pathways to success.

🎓 College is one option.
🔧 Trades are an option.
📜 Certifications are an option.
🎯 Associate degrees are an option.
🚀 Entrepreneurship is an option.

This event is for:
• Teens preparing for life after high school
• Young adults figuring out their next move
• Adults considering a career change
• Parents wanting guidance for their children

Our mission is simple:
To show that reaching your goals does NOT have to be overwhelming, lengthy, or confusing — and that there are real, attainable paths forward.

These groups are safe, supportive, and judgment-free spaces focused on connection, emotional wellness, and real-life tools to help navigate life’s challenges. You do not have to walk through this season alone.

🌟 Teen Mental Health Support Group | Ages 16–18 🌟

Optimum Healing Pathways is continuing our Teen Mental Health Support Group, and the month of March is all about preparing for young adulthood and what comes next.

As teens get closer to graduation and major life transitions, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, unsure, or anxious about the future. In March, our group will focus on:

🎓 Exploring college options
🛠️ Learning about career paths and trades
🇺🇸 Understanding opportunities in the military
🧭 Navigating life transitions, independence, and decision-making
🗣️ Hearing from guest speakers in different career fields

This group provides a supportive space for teens ages 16–18 to talk openly, ask questions, and gain confidence as they prepare for adulthood — while still prioritizing their mental and emotional well-being.
