Are you passionate about wellness and helping others find their "Zen"?

Float Robins—Middle Georgia’s premier sanctuary for float therapy, massage, and infrared sauna—is looking for professional, self-motivated individuals to join our team!

The Role
As a Spa Attendant, you are the face of our facility. You’ll be responsible for creating a peaceful, seamless experience for every client from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your Daily Duties:
•Client Experience: Greet clients warmly, ensure paperwork is completed, and provide tours and orientations for first-time floaters.
•Facility Care: Maintain a pristine environment. This includes cleaning float tanks and rooms throughout the day, handling laundry, and general facility upkeep.
•Operations: Answer phones, manage reservations, and use our specialized software for sales and booking transactions.
•Technical: Collect and log essential data for float pod water chemistry to ensure a safe, high-quality experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a team player who embodies the "Float Robins" vibe—calm, professional, and genuinely caring.

•Personality: Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with a passion for customer relations.
•Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, detail-oriented, and computer-literate (quick learners are a must!).
•Abilities: A strong multitasker who can maintain a "spa voice" in a busy environment.
•Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable. Must be able to work every other weekend.
•Experience: Previous experience in general cleaning is required.
•Bonus: Knowledge of massage therapy or other holistic/natural therapies is a plus!

Floating can calm the mind and create an environment that allows you to be creative and peaceful. It is also great for chronic pain and inflammation. The float tank is also a great place to pray or meditate. The lack of external stimuli allows your brain to feel free of your body and reach places inside you maybe you did not know existed. Our massage therapists are experts at helping you reach your relaxation and restorative goals. Our infrared sauna provides and warm and inviting space in which to rejuvenate and detoxify. Float Robins is what has been missing. Now we are here are looking forward to helping you reach your purest relaxation and healing.
