Bring Yoga Home Faith Minton RYT500 Yoga BIO

Faith Minton RYT500 M.Ed, began teaching yoga in 1990.

She is a certified with Yoga Alliance, a Kripalu Teacher at the professional 500-hour level. Faith began her journey towards balancing the self with daily meditation practice in 1977. She has taught yoga in schools at every level, as well as in community and business settings. Her style is gentle, suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience in yoga. She enjoys introducing students to some of yoga’s benefits: stress reduction, strengthening and stretching the body, and boosting the immune system and general relaxation. She has made a well-received DVD titled “Bring Yoga Home” which is sold locally and online through her website www.bringyogahome.com.
