Strength Aerobics with Kristin

Strength Aerobics with Kristin It can easily be adapted for to any age and fitness level! All you need is sneakers and water! There is no cost to you for these classes.

Strength Aerobics with Kristin is a forty-minute strength and cardio workout that incorporates simple, basic exercise moves to upbeat Christian music in the Le Raysville community. Some women use 1- or 2-pound hand weights, but I suggest trying it first without, then working your way up to weights. Classes are currently held at the Neath Church in Le Raysville at the bottom entrance of the church and there is plenty of parking! I will post schedules and any updates on Strength Aerobics with Kristin page. There is no RSVP or sign up needed- come as you are and build your strength in muscles and in faith. The first time you come you may want to arrive a little early to sign a waiver. If you feel inclined there will be a donation box. Those donations will be used to go back to the church for allowing us to utilize their space and utilities as well as equipment, music, and to keep education and relevance up to date. Strength Aerobics is a safe place with an awesome group of women! Everyone just shows up and does whatever they can for movement in an environment that helps us stay fueled with the spirit of the Lord in fellowship, while being good stewards of our health! Some of the positive benefits to Strength Aerobics can include endorphin high, reduced stress, burnt calories, boosted mood and energy, improved balance and core strength, and FUN while also growing in your faith! Saturday mornings = SO. MUCH. FUN!! 😃💃

I seriously LOVE these workouts! The music is upbeat, the energy is high, and the encouragement is real.

If you’ve been thinking about coming… THIS IS YOUR SIGN! Come join us!

Each song has about 3–4 simple moves, and I show them before the song starts so you know what’s coming. And if something feels like too much… who cares! Walk in place, clap along, or just move however you can!

This is a judgment-free space where we’re praising God, celebrating the gift of movement, and cheering each other on.

And of course… there may be a little singing, dancing, and some extra pizazz mixed in! 💃🤗

Hey everyone!

I’m planning to begin a “75 Day Holy” challenge on March 1st and would love to invite anyone who feels called to join. The heart behind this is simple: growing stronger spiritually, mentally, and physically — together.

We’ll have a group chat for accountability, encouragement, and fellowship as we walk through these 75 days side by side. This is for all—you do not have to be an active participant of Strength Aerobics to join in! 😁

Here are the core guidelines (feel free to adapt them in a way that fits your season of life):

✨ 75 Days Holy – Starting March 1st ✨

📖 Read 1 chapter of the Bible daily
🙏 Spend intentional time in prayer each day
💧 Drink at least 60 oz of water daily
🥗 Track your food daily
💪 Complete 5 workouts per week (30 minutes each)

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency, discipline, and drawing closer to the Lord while stewarding our bodies well.
