Deerfield Behavioral Health (DBH) and Deerfield Centers for Addictions Treatment (DCAT) are proud to announce their recent move across town to a newly renovated 3,200-square-foot space at 1885 Market Street in . Thus, marking a new chapter in their journey to provide exceptional behavioral health and addiction treatment services to the community.
To celebrate the relocation, DBH and DCAT hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on November 7 with help from the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry, along with approximately 40 leaders, employees, providers and construction staff.
Their larger office site features a new reception waiting area, conference room, private staff offices, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning, LED lighting and free ample parking to improve convenience for all.
“Our new location, which is close to Warren State Hospital and other key places, provides centralized, convenient access to care for the patients and families we serve,” said Dr. Kim Fitton, DBH Executive Director & Vice President of Clinical Services at Journey Health System.
DBH, an affiliate of Journey Health System (JHS), has offices in Bradford, Erie, Marienville, Tionesta and Warren. Their psychiatrists, nursing professionals, counselors and advanced medical practice professionals serve individuals of all ages across the continuum of behavioral health care, both within the affiliate organizations of JHS, and on a contracted basis outside of the affiliation in a diverse range of settings including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, crisis stabilization units, inpatient hospital units and substance abuse or dual diagnosis treatment centers.
The DBH phone number will remain the same at 814-723-5545. Current hours of operation for DBH Outpatient Services are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays 8 a.m. to 2:30p.m. DCAT’s hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
