✨ Meet Andrew Chase ✨

Andrew is our Nursing Home Administrator at Kinzua Nursing & Rehab, and in his two years with us, he has become an integral part of our team. He oversees and monitors all operations of the facility, ensuring residents receive excellent care and staff have the support they need. When asked what he enjoys most about his role, he says: “The people. I love taking care of people—residents as well as staff.”

Andrew is passionate about building a strong team and creating a facility that is both the provider and employer of choice. He finds motivation in our residents, who become like family, and he values the sense of community and teamwork throughout our facility.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hockey and spending time with his family.

We’re grateful for Andrew’s leadership, dedication, and the positive impact he brings to our team every day! 💙

More fun with Chelsea! Our dementia unit got creative with a cake decorating activity that brought out lots of smiles. The best part was sharing their delicious creations with everyone—nothing better than turning a fun activity into something everyone can enjoy. 🎂

✨ Meet Tesla Pollen ✨

Tesla is our Activities Director at Kinzua Nursing & Rehab, and in her five and a half years with us, she has become an essential part of our team. She plans, organizes, and carries out activities that bring fun and engagement to our residents. When asked what she enjoys most about her position, she says: “I enjoy bringing joy and happiness to our residents.”

Tesla takes pride in her role as a leader, finding motivation in knowing that her team spreads joy to every resident each day. She’s especially excited about our new hydration cart and creating fun, healthy drinks for residents. Tesla loves building relationships with both residents and her coworkers, making every day meaningful.

Outside of work, Tesla is a talented musician—she played clarinet for eight years, marched in band for two years, and even performed at Disney World! She currently enjoys baking sourdough and spending time pursuing her hobbies.

We’re so grateful to have Tesla as part of our team! 💙
