YES!!! There WILL BE class tomorrow , Saturday 1/24 Howland United Methodist Church 10am with Jess.

NO there will NOT be class on SUNDAY Triyounity llc , due to the snow coming our way!

Let’s tell you a little bit of how it all started..... We started practicing yoga at our home gym in Niles, OH in October of 2015, and after a few classes we were hooked and didn’t want to miss a single session! It was life changing for us both. We found not only a new way to stay active, but we also learned to become more mindful and incorporate yoga ethics into our daily lives! We completed various different yoga workshops until we decided to take the 200 hour training course to become certified teachers ourselves! We both completed our Hatha yoga certification in May of 2019 at Body Bliss Connection, LLC, with a focus on trauma and modifying poses to adapt to each individual body. After our training was complete, we had many different ideas on where to teach and to whom. It all kept coming back to the Clubhouse and a way to make yoga affordable for ALL. We realize how important yoga is, and it is our belief that yoga ethics, along with practice of the asanas, can improve quality of life, alleviate body ailments, and create peace of mind. But, for so many people it is just too expensive and not an option. Our goal is to change that. There will be no exclusion here. We want to create a sense of community where all are welcomed. So, whenever you’re ready to take the plunge into a healthier, more balanced life style, grab a friend-or come alone, we are here for you.....Welcome home!
