We had a fantastic group! Topics covered included birth experiences, postpartum body concept, perinatal depression, and fostering connection with moms who share the PPD experience. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, January 27th at 5:30 pm. Hope to see you there!

A big announcement!!!

I am holding a postpartum depression support group at our practice, Oakwood Counseling, starting in December. If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with PPD and need support, we welcome you with open arms. ❤️ Looking forward to meeting all of you!!!
