Breathwork and meditation are what really made me want to teach and inspire others with yoga. To feel the true essence within our own bodies, to be able to have the power to control all of those constant racing thoughts in my mind and direct them to help others and spread love!💛☯️
If everyone took the time to sit and feel gratitude for the beautiful things that go on in our bodies and the magical things that happen everyday all around us and in nature, then the world would be exploding with peace, love, and joy.☮️
I am going to guide a class on January 11th focusing on all of these things! Moving the body, engaging in deep breathing techniques, preparing us for a guided meditation.🧘

Our breath- it is our life force; and with its power, we can take control of our own body, mind, and emotions. 🫁
Class this Sunday at peace, love, and wellness studio.
It will be dedicated to our breath, and specifically our immune system. Using a mix of movement from yoga and qigong, we will clear blocked energy and fluid In the immune system, to strengthen our energy and build up our immunity. This is open to anyone who wants to feel better and wants to take their own health in their hands to build up vitality in their life.
Class is at 6pm on Sunday. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to message and ask.
It will be accessible for anyone, whether you normally practice or not. Don't let your own mind stop you from coming and experiencing energy growth!

Nature has given us everything we need to live a long healthy life. The most powerful medicine is already rooted within yourself- your breath!

Before I post any movement videos I believe the most important concept should be talked about and that is how to deep breath. One of the main areas chi (energy) enters the body is through the breath.

Watch yourself breath for a minute. Notice how short and shallow your breath may be. We are born with the ability to deep abdominally breath ,but as we grow up, we start to use the main respiration muscles less and less. Establishing a breath practice in your everyday life is sure to bring many benefits, and will make any movement practice or physical activity easier, and more enjoyable. When you connect with your life force, all things in life become easier and more fulfilling!

What is Qi (pronounced chee)? Here's a short video explaining it. Qi is energy that supplies everything in the universe. It's something that is hard to explain with words but is best understood when experienced and felt.
Videos will get better as I learn to record and edit more,
But next I'll be posting how to activate your own qi or life force energy in your body and you'll get to experience that for yourself.
Our qi is activated several times a day, yet we are so unaware; we miss out on these invisible forces, almost like magic because we are too stuck worrying about a past and future that doesn't exist. QI lives in the present moment.

Hello everyone!
I practice and guide movement classes, which involve a mix of yoga, Qigong, tai-chi, and other mobility actions.

We live in a world with the belief that we are not in control of our own mental, physical, and emotional health. I began diving deeper into these practices because I realized I canNOT rely on others to make me feel the best I possibly can. Taking your health into your own hands is the biggest step you can make to truly see results, and boost your own health and vitality.

I believe the best practice that literally ANYONE can do is Qigong (pronounced chi gong). It is used medically around the world as preventative healthcare, and to aid in other acute/ chronic illnesses. The power of our own breath, body, and mind being connected as one can have huge benefits for ourselves, and also others. You do NOT have to be fit, flexible, or strong to practice them.

I will be sharing as much information as I can, as well as short video practices to follow along with. The benefits are immaculate, and with consistent practice, you can feel and harness your own energy in your body, and can begin to heal yourself from the inside out.
