The MTHFR gene (and related MTR and MTRR genes) can come in different forms. The different variants can cause different symptoms. This guy has a great presentation on how things vary. Take a few minutes and watch if you have tried to isolate a food allergy and couldn’t. Also if you have anxiety, depression or irritability, sleep irregularities or if you have tested positive for elevated homocysteine! (I know nothing of their products. I just like the presentation.)
