Teaching kids about what's happening in their brains & bodies when they feel anxious is SO powerful!

This "Path Of Anxiety" activity is in the first lesson of my No-Prep Worry & Anxiety Small Group for upper elementary.

I love starting out the group sessions with this topic because when kids better understand the physical/neurological component of anxiety, it seems less scary!
