Since Pi is all about circles, here’s a quick 30-second movement challenge you can try right now.

✔ Stand up tall
✔ Slowly make 10 small circles with your shoulders forward
✔ Then 10 circles backward

✔️ Comprehensive testing to assess muscle strength & range of motion
✔️ Three key evaluations: Functional Draw Test, Manual Muscle Test, & Impaired Range of Motion Test
✔️ Licensed physical therapists at our Warren & Macomb locations
