Our facility employs full and part time staff that take pride in being a friendly, warm and compassionate harbor from the urban surroundings. Our staff, including our own in-house therapists, work with residents to achieve their highest functional potential. This empowering, compassionate attitude enables us to please not just our residents but families, physicians, suppliers, stakeholders and our community.

Happy Earth Day! 🌎 Today is a wonderful reminder to appreciate the world around us. A sunny window, fresh air, green trees, and blooming flowers can brighten any day. Even small actions such as recycling, saving water, or turning off lights can help care for the planet we all share. It feels good to take a moment to enjoy nature and do our part to protect it!

This month we are celebrating Occupational Therapy Month and the caring professionals who help residents stay as comfortable, confident, and independent as possible. Occupational therapists focus on the little things that make a big difference each day. From helping someone hold a spoon again to making it easier to get dressed or sit comfortably, their work supports dignity, confidence, and quality of life. We are grateful for the compassion and creativity occupational therapists bring to the residents they serve.

On National Vietnam War Veterans Day, we recognize and thank the brave men and women who served during the Vietnam War. March 29 marks the day in 1973 when the last U.S. combat troops left Vietnam, and today, we honor their service, sacrifice, and resilience.
