SN**CH THAT®
We are about 6 weeks after this beautiful patient’s Sn**ch That® procedure. I performed VASER liposuction with to basically tighten her skin around her lower face and neck. She already had a nice lower face contour, but wanted to get a little more definition.
We us only being 6 weeks out, I expect her to get a little more contoured over the next several months. Usually a patient's end-results are not until 6-12 months post-procedure. The plasma effect from the Renuvion does stimulate some new collagen growth and usually around the 6 month mark you will start to realize a little more tissue contraction. It takes about 6 weeks or so for your body to start to form new collagen fibers and about 4 months before those collagen fibers begin to form a collagen fiber network. That network, or scaffolding, will actually pull the tissue/skin a little tighter.
With my Sn**ch That®, I focus mostly on tissue contraction of the lower face, submentum, and upper neck with . I combine Renuvion with VASER-assisted liposuction, but I’m not really trying to remove “as much fat as I can”. Yes, I am removing exogenous fat from the area, but I am almost more concerned in making sure that the tissue is “freely movable”.
I use the ultrasonic vibration from the VASER probe to release any fibrous tissue attached to the underside of the skin. This enables the skin/tissue to contract better and usually lay down more even. Most of the work with my body/face contouring procedures is done by the Renuvion, and since the technology is so strong, I usually get pretty good tissue contraction.
I’m currently charging $6,000 for my Sn**ch That® procedure. It is done efficiently and comfortably, while awake, with local anesthesia. There is minimal downtime and only three very small incisions.
