Clinics are such an important part of how we support our learners. They’re time set aside for families to meet with our team to look closely at their learner’s experience. We go through the data, review progress, watch clips from sessions, and make changes or adjustments when necessary. This allows us to meet our goals and support continued growth for our kiddos. These meetings help keep everyone on the same page so nothing is overlooked and each learner’s path continues moving in the right direction.

Celebrating Employee Appreciation Day with this month’s winning shoutout! From Marissa to Andreia: “I observed an occupational therapy session on Monday, and you were so engaged with your student. You were so comfortable brainstorming and thinking of creative programming ideas with his OT. Having you as that liaison is really helpful, and I just think you’re awesome."

This kind of gratitude and recognition is exactly what we’re all about here at SEARCH. Each member of our team is so invested and present with our learners, and we couldn’t be more thankful for all their hard work!
