In 2016 When I was a student in my Esthiology program we had to create our own magazine complete with relevant articles and an interview with an industry professional. Came across my old project going through some files! 💛

Interviewed dear friend and industry colleague Beka Shafer, and included several articles I wrote myself including when I was published in 2011 issue of Z-Life magazine for my Tofu Curry Pizza. Fun Fact: I LOVE to cook. Such a fun blast from the past seeing this today!!
