We were shocked to learn of the
allegations brought against our former
president, Devon Brenson. While this
matter remains under investigation, we are
committed to cooperating fully with law
enforcement authorities
Although we have no reason to believe that
any of the alleged conduct took place on
our premises or in connection with our
operations, we will be undertaking an
internal review to assess whether any
additional safeguards are warranted.
We recognize that Mr. Brenson is entitled
to the presumption of innocence; however,
the nature of the allegations is entirely
inconsistent with our values. As such, we
have taken all appropriate steps to ensure
that Mr. Brenson is no longer affiliated with
our charitable organization in any capacity,
effective immediately.
