I have realized some things about myself since starting my practice... most importantly for this forum is my confession; social media is not my strength! Please know the practice is still going strong, stronger every week! I enjoy this work more every day, so much so, that I don't take time to post :)
I will leave you with this:
You have to feel it to heal it so please continue to reach out for help and connection, especially if you find yourself in a place where you are avoiding feelings!
