Did you know that being well hydrated can make a big difference in the quality of your ultrasound images?

Drinking plenty of water before your appointment helps improve the clarity of the images by allowing sound waves to travel more effectively through the body. Proper hydration can also help create better visualization of your baby and surrounding structures, which may mean clearer pictures and a smoother exam overall.

💙 Our tip: Start drinking water the day before your appointment and continue sipping throughout the day of your scan. Avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks and opt for plain water whenever possible.

A well-hydrated mama helps us capture the best possible images of your little one!
