We’re excited to share that our group sound healing sessions are moving to a new location at Blue Sage Ranch, located at Zenhorse in Marthasville. It’s just 10 minutes from our previous New Melle location.

Going forward, we will be holding group sound journeys on the second Wednesday and last Friday of each month.

Our first gathering in the new space will be:

Every sound bath has its own energy, but the Winter Solstice is the one that stays with me all year. It’s truly my favorite session. The combination of the longest night, the quiet of winter, and the collective intention to slow down creates a kind of calm you can feel the moment you walk in.

On December 21 at 6 PM, we’ll gather at the Friedens Community Center for an evening of grounding, warmth, and rest. Soft lighting, gentle sound waves, cozy blankets, and a room full of people settling into stillness together — it’s such a beautiful way to close out the year.

If you’ve been needing a reset, a moment to reconnect with yourself, or simply a place where your whole system can breathe, this night is for you.

Bring anything that makes you feel cozy and supported: blankets, yoga mats,pillows, warm layers, your favorite socks.
