Hungry Like The Woof, a reputable holistic veterinary office and pet-supply store, is seeking a Customer Service / Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, assisting clients in the store, and other various tasks. The ideal candidate will be cheerful, enthusiastic, hard-working, punctual, and someone who loves people and pets.

Duties:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor, schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in our system, answer phone calls and emails addressing client inquiries or concerns and collect payments for products and for services rendered.

Also, maintain cleanliness and organization of store and exam rooms, assist vet when needed, provide excellent customer service in the store, order products and stocking shelves.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Part-time anywhere up to 30 hours a week.
