It was a perfect sunny day to enjoy being outside on our front porch! ☀️ Residents relaxed with music and refreshing lemonade, sharing smiles and good conversation.
A special thank you to Misty Denny and Maddie for bringing Bear for a wonderful pet therapy visit. 🐾 The joy and comfort Bear brought to our residents made the afternoon extra special!

Our residents had a fantastic time at our DIY Pizza and Bingo Party! 🍕 A huge thank you to our amazing Culinary Director for planning such a fun event and bringing out all the toppings. There were so many delicious choices it was hard to decide how to build the perfect pizza!
We have such a wonderful group of residents, and as you can see, even our Director of Nursing joined in to help and enjoy the fun with us. Laughter, great food, and time spent together always make for a perfect day! 😊

Our creative residents are welcoming the new season by making this beautiful spring decoration while trying decoupage for the first time. It was wonderful to see everyone learning something new and enjoying the creative process together.

The 2026 Olympics may be in full swing in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, but the real action was happening right here at Spring Oak Warrenton! 🥇❄️
Our very own Winter Olympics brought the energy, teamwork, and excitement all under one roof. From long-distance throws to high-speed obstacle courses and many other “feats of strength and precision,” our athletes gave it their all! 💪✨
The competition was fierce, and with every victory, you could hear the cheers echoing throughout the building. The encouragement, determination, and team spirit truly made the day unforgettable.
Today, we didn’t just compete — we came together, supported one another, and celebrated every achievement. That’s what makes us all gold medal winners! 🏅💙

Our Valentines Sweetheart Dance was such a joyful and special evening! ❤️ Our residents showed up in their best Valentine’s attire, looking absolutely fabulous and ready to celebrate.
With delicious food, wonderful music, and a room full of smiles, the night was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. We danced the evening away and cherished every sweet second of this heartwarming celebration! 💕

Our residents brought the energy with a spirited game of indoor volleyball, and the friendly competition was fierce! Laughter filled the room as everyone cheered each other on and showed off their moves. Staying active, having fun, and making memories together — that’s a win in our book!
