Natasha Frisk, our lovely instructor, is facilitating a new program called, Rooted & Nourished Movement. This is a holistic functional movement program designed for midlife and beyond.

She will also be offering:

A personalized wellness experience that blends nutrition and herbal support to help clients nourish their bodies, support digestion, balance energy, and reconnect with their overall health in a more natural way.

Reintroducing Christine!!

Christine is a certified yoga instructor since 2017. She completed her training at Jala yoga under Christa Mastangelo Joyce and has also received a certification in Children’s yoga in 2015.

Christine began her yoga journey with self-practice then exploring a variety of studios and styles of yoga. She also began using yoga with her clients in a therapeutic setting after taking several courses on Evidence Based Therapeutic Yoga interventions. She enjoys working with students across the lifespan. Her classes are geared towards connecting the mind and body through a gentle flow and learning to listen to the subtle body no matter the age. Christine is looking for her students to find peace within themselves both on and off the mat.

Christine is passionate about continuing to learn and grow in her practice of yoga and sharing her knowledge with all of her students.

Reintroducing Larissa and Ray!

Larissa has been a group fitness instructor since 2007 specializing in yoga, Pilates, tai chi, and barre. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and strives to integrate current evidence and research based best practices to deliver an inclusive and individualized experience. Larissa believes that purposeful movement is the foundation of a balanced life and finds fulfillment in sharing her practice with others.

Ray has been a group fitness instructor since 2005 specializing in cycling, strength training, yoga - including Plyoga - and water fitness. He is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. When not teaching or training, Ray enjoys spending time with Larissa traveling, but most of all taking care of their rescued senior beagles and basset hounds.

Let’s reintroduce some of our wonderful instructors!!

Natasha is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, Herbalist, Health Coach, and movement instructor who has been part of The Main Street Wellness Co. community for nearly four years.

She teaches yoga and Pilates with a focus on functional movement, breath, and reconnecting the body to strength, balance, and ease—creating classes that feel supportive, approachable, and deeply nourishing.

Alongside movement, Natasha integrates her work in holistic nutrition and herbal wellness. She now offers personalized sessions, including her signature Food & Flowers Consultation and Personalized Holistic Nutrition Consultation, supporting digestion, hormone balance, and nervous system health through food, herbs, and daily lifestyle practices.
Her work creates a bridge between what happens on the mat and how clients nourish themselves in everyday life.

Natasha is also the founder of Nourished in the Kitchen and brings wellness experiences to studios and communities throughout the area.

A story of a mysterious, kind stranger who arrives in the city of Golden and begins a mission of anonymous generosity, buying a portrait of the town’s residents from a coffee shop and giving them to the people depicted, learning their stories in the process. 📖
