This week inside Nourished in the Kitchen, we are focusing on one of the most important foundations of nutrition: fiber.
Many women I work with are under-consuming fiber, which can contribute to digestive discomfort, unstable energy, blood sugar fluctuations, and challenges with hormone balance — especially during midlife.
Throughout the week in our membership community we are learning:
• how much fiber the body actually needs
• the different types of fiber and how they support gut health
• practical ways to build fiber into everyday meals
• how seasonal foods support gentle spring cleansing
I’m also beginning the week with fresh carrot juice — a simple way to add phytonutrients and support the body as we move into the spring season.
As a holistic nutritional practitioner and herbalist, my goal is to help women understand how to nourish their bodies through real food, seasonal rhythms, and practical nutrition education.
If you are interested in learning how to build balanced meals that support digestion, energy, and hormone health, I invite you to join us inside the Nourished in the Kitchen membership.
