This month, we are stepping into seasonal rhythms—honoring the shift into spring by nourishing the body with what is naturally available to us.
Inside Nourished in the Kitchen, our focus is: mineral-rich herbs like nettle and lemon balm

Monday Moment | End of Month Reflection

Happy Monday ♥️

As we come to the close of National Nutrition Month, I’ve been sitting with everything we’ve explored together inside Nourished in the Kitchen.

This month wasn’t just about food…
It was about coming back to the foundations.

protein, fats, and fiber
building balanced meals
supporting energy and digestion

But also…

honoring our emotions
noticing our shifts
learning how to slow down and listen to our body

Because nourishment is not just fuel—
it’s how we support ourselves in real life.

This weekend at the expo, I connected with so many beautiful people… and what stood out to me most is that so many of us are in the same place:

🌿 learning
🌿 shifting
🌿 seeking something that actually feels sustainable

So today, I want to invite you into something simple:

Today was truly special

I had the opportunity to come back to where so much of my journey began—serving in the same community where I first started offering personal training and nutrition support.

Full circle.

And standing there today, sharing, teaching, and connecting… it just reminded me how far this path has taken me. Life is amazing in that way.

I had the honor of speaking and guiding a food demonstration on real, simple nourishment—bringing it back to what truly supports us:

simple meals
daily practices
🌿 connection to our bodies

Not complicated. Not overwhelming. Just supportive and real.

Moments like today remind me why I do this work—to help people reconnect to nourishment in a way that actually fits real life.
