This week inside Nourished in the Kitchen, we are focusing on one of the most important foundations of nutrition: fiber.

Many women I work with are under-consuming fiber, which can contribute to digestive discomfort, unstable energy, blood sugar fluctuations, and challenges with hormone balance — especially during midlife.

Throughout the week in our membership community we are learning:
• how much fiber the body actually needs
• the different types of fiber and how they support gut health
• practical ways to build fiber into everyday meals
• how seasonal foods support gentle spring cleansing

I’m also beginning the week with fresh carrot juice — a simple way to add phytonutrients and support the body as we move into the spring season.

As a holistic nutritional practitioner and herbalist, my goal is to help women understand how to nourish their bodies through real food, seasonal rhythms, and practical nutrition education.

If you are interested in learning how to build balanced meals that support digestion, energy, and hormone health, I invite you to join us inside the Nourished in the Kitchen membership.

Enrollment is open now. New website link in bio

🌿 Sunday Nourish & Plan
One of the ways I stay grounded during the week is by taking time on Sunday to look at my food, plan my meals, and reconnect with my kitchen.
Inside Nourished in the Kitchen this week we are focusing on dietary fiber — one of the most important nutrients for digestion, blood sugar balance, and overall metabolic health in midlife.
We’ll be learning:
🥕 What dietary fiber actually is
🌿 The difference between soluble and insoluble fiber
🥬 How fiber supports digestion and detoxification
🌈 How to build colorful plates that nourish the body
Spring is the perfect time to bring more color and plant foods back into our meals, supporting the body’s natural cleansing processes.
This week I’m leaning into the color orange, which represents creativity and flow through the Sacral Chakra — a reminder that nourishment can be joyful, creative, and abundant.
Sometimes wellness is simply:
✨ Planning your meals
✨ Adding more plants to your plate
✨ Returning to your kitchen
If you’re curious about learning how to nourish your body in a practical way, come join us inside Nourished in the Kitchen.
Membership is currently $29 until March 13, then it moves to $49.

Happy Sunday & Happy Daylight Saving Time! ⏰
Spring is arriving, and this time of year people often start talking about spring cleanses and detoxes.

During National Nutrition Month, I’ll be sharing simple wellness education here — things like cleansing, fiber, macronutrients, digestion, and seasonal nourishment.

But here’s the truth:
Your body already has powerful detox systems — your liver, kidneys, digestion, skin, and lungs are working every day to eliminate waste.
A cleanse is simply a way to support those systems through nourishing foods, hydration, and sometimes fresh juices.
This week I’m starting a gentle carrot juice cleanse as part of my spring reset.

🥕 Simple Carrot Juice
4 carrots
1 apple
1 inch ginger
½ lemon

Fresh, simple, and full of nutrients that support the body during seasonal transitions.
Spring is also a beautiful time to focus on seasonal foods like leafy greens, asparagus, citrus, strawberries, and fresh herbs.
Here on social media I’ll share little wellness tips like this.

But the deeper learning happens inside my membership:

Nourished in the Kitchen
That’s where we explore nutrition science, seasonal cooking, herbs, and real-life nourishment together.

Founding member rate is $29 until March 13.
If you’re ready to go deeper into real nourishment and seasonal living, join us inside Nourished in the Kitchen.

Midweek check-in.
It’s rainy here today and the energy feels a little heavy. I’ve been hearing from so many women lately who are tired, not sleeping well, and feeling overwhelmed with everything life brings.

Sometimes nourishment isn’t just about what’s on our plate.
It’s about pausing for a moment, getting outside for fresh air, making a warm cup of tea, cooking a real meal, or simply slowing down long enough to breathe.
These small resets matter more than we realize.

If today feels a little off where you are too, you’re not alone. Take a moment to care for yourself in some small way.
And if learning how to nourish your body in a supportive and practical way is something you’ve been wanting to do, my Nourished in the Kitchen membership is open this month.

What helps you reset when the week starts to feel heavy?
