Hiking all over the woods definitely puts strain on the body and what better way to recover after all the miles invested into hunting season than sitting in the HBOT! Recovery is achieved much quicker when you can put more oxygen into your body and reduce inflammation and muscle soreness. It’s definitely a nice tool to have in the toolbox when needed!

I’m proud to announce that after many hours of lectures, note taking and studying I have been certified by the National Association of Mild Hyperbaric Therapy 🎉

Though the state of Oregon does not require any sort of certification, I find it very important to continue to educate myself on hyperbaric oxygen therapy and all the amazing new research coming out as more and more people are turning to these modalities to heal more holistically.

Thank you to all my amazing clients who allow me to do what I love and am so passionate about. I really couldn’t do this without you all! 💙
