Celebration time!
Our dear patient Jose insisted that we share a photo of his new implant-supported dentures. After several months of work by the entire clinic, led by our oral surgeon, Jose has a new, functional, and great-looking smile. These interventions truly change lives. The team wiped away more than a few happy tears on delivery day!

We had a great time at the Fauquier FRESH Youth Resource Fair! Veronica, Rob, and Katie loved meeting so many local families and sharing what we do at the clinic.

One thing people are surprised to hear — we provide medical care for uninsured children and dental care for kids with Medicaid or no insurance at all.

Our team and volunteers started the year off right, showing up for our community in powerful ways last month:
🩺 320 medical visits
🦷 372 dental visits
💚 201 mental health visits
Each visit represents a neighbor cared for and a need met. Thank you for helping us make healthcare accessible to everyone in our community! 💙

A patient first came to our Mental Health Clinic after being referred by their primary care provider for depression. With the support of medication management and counseling, they began to feel better and were able to step away from services for a time.
When new life stressors arose, their care team noticed the change and helped reconnect them with our mental health support. Over the years, the patient stayed engaged in counseling and psychiatric care—building tools, resilience, and confidence along the way.
In 2025, the patient successfully completed counseling and reported meaningful changes: more energy and motivation, stronger connections with others, and renewed support in both work and parenting. Later that year, they transitioned off psychiatric medication and continued to do well.
Today, this patient is working part-time, exploring new hobbies, and moving forward with confidence. They returned for one final visit simply to say thank you—for being there when they needed support most.
Mental health care works. And healing looks different for everyone.
