✨ Thank You to Our Community Employment Partners ✨

We’re excited to recognize three businesses that have helped create real opportunities for growth, learning, and connection for the individuals we support:

• Dan the Man Bail Bonds
• Pizza Hut
• Schnucks

Each of these partners has taken time to welcome our participants into their space, offering tours, conversations, and hands-on exposure to real workplace environments. Those experiences build more than job skills. They build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging in our community.

At Warren County Pathfinders, we believe meaningful inclusion happens when local businesses lean in and say yes to connection. These partnerships show that opportunity does not have to be complicated to be powerful.

💙 Thank you to Dan the Man Bail Bonds, Pizza Hut, and Schnucks for helping pave the way to possABILITIES.

💙 If your business would like to explore simple ways to get involved through tours or skill-building experiences, we would love to connect.

To learn more, contact Janice at jhinson@warrencountypathfinders.org
Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive community.

Meet Jace ✨

Jace attends one of our Day Programs, Monday through Friday.
The proposed DD FUNDING Cuts would negatively impact his quality of life.
Kathleen, Jace’s mother shares how Day Program has benefitted Jace and the negative impact the proposed DD FUNDING CUTS would have on Jace’s daily life and their family.
Please consider reaching out to your legislators and urge them to say NO to DD FUNDING CUTS
Pathfinders is so grateful for our employees, families, and community at large for your support in advocating for those we serve and their quality of life and services that are important to them.

🌟 Meet Shawna Fair 🌟
Day Hab Coordinator, Choices Day Program

Shawna Fair joined Warren County Pathfinders in June of 2021 and currently serves as the Day Hab Coordinator for the Choices Day Program. During her time with WCP, she has grown through several roles, including Direct Support Professional, Floor Supervisor, and Day Program Manager, building a strong foundation of experience and leadership along the way.

Shawna began her career in this field in 2001 as a Direct Support Professional, and from the very beginning she knew this work was her calling. Over the next two decades, she continued to expand her skills and responsibilities, working closely with individuals and teams while developing a deep appreciation for person-centered support. What Shawna finds most rewarding is witnessing individuals achieve goals they have set for themselves and seeing the pride and confidence that follows.

Prior to joining WCP, Shawna also gained experience through Judevine in behavior-based support services. During that time, she worked alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a professional who develops positive behavior support plans, while studying to become a Registered Behavior Technician, a role focused on helping implement those plans in everyday environments.

Shawna shares that she is grateful to have found her professional home at Warren County Pathfinders and values the mission, teamwork, and heart behind the organization. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Josh, and her children, Andrew and Lily.

Her experience, dedication, and passion for supporting others make Shawna a valued part of the Pathfinder family.
