If you’d like to make an in-kind donation, contact Robin Kuhlmann, Director of Development, at robinrkuhlmann@warrencountypathfinders.org to get started.

🌟 Meet Heather Lang 🌟
Residential Manager, Warren County Pathfinders

Heather has been part of the WCP community for more than 12 years, growing her career from DSP to Supervisor and now Residential Manager. She first entered the field at age 18, thanks to a referral from a friend’s mom, and quickly discovered her passion for supporting others. For Heather, the most rewarding part of her work is helping individuals learn new skills, explore fun places they love, and achieve their personal goals—while becoming like family along the way.
At home in Warrenton, Heather and her husband Kyle are raising two young children, Myla and Josh, and share their lives with two small dogs: a miniature pinscher named Cissy and a mini jack named Tadpole. When she has free time, Heather enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time outdoors when the weather is nice.
Heather’s dedication, compassion, and hands-on experience make her a vital leader in our Residential Program and a valued part of the Pathfinder family.
