🌟 Meet Shawna Fair 🌟
Day Hab Coordinator, Choices Day Program
Shawna Fair joined Warren County Pathfinders in June of 2021 and currently serves as the Day Hab Coordinator for the Choices Day Program. During her time with WCP, she has grown through several roles, including Direct Support Professional, Floor Supervisor, and Day Program Manager, building a strong foundation of experience and leadership along the way.
Shawna began her career in this field in 2001 as a Direct Support Professional, and from the very beginning she knew this work was her calling. Over the next two decades, she continued to expand her skills and responsibilities, working closely with individuals and teams while developing a deep appreciation for person-centered support. What Shawna finds most rewarding is witnessing individuals achieve goals they have set for themselves and seeing the pride and confidence that follows.
Prior to joining WCP, Shawna also gained experience through Judevine in behavior-based support services. During that time, she worked alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a professional who develops positive behavior support plans, while studying to become a Registered Behavior Technician, a role focused on helping implement those plans in everyday environments.
Shawna shares that she is grateful to have found her professional home at Warren County Pathfinders and values the mission, teamwork, and heart behind the organization. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Josh, and her children, Andrew and Lily.
Her experience, dedication, and passion for supporting others make Shawna a valued part of the Pathfinder family.
