🌟 Meet Robin Kuhlmann – Director of Development, Warren County Pathfinders 🌟

Robin Kuhlmann serves as the Director of Development for Warren County Pathfinders, bringing more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership to the organization. In her role, Robin focuses on building strong community connections, sharing the stories of the individuals supported by Pathfinders, and helping grow programs through fundraising efforts and grant-writing opportunities.

Robin’s career in the nonprofit sector began in 1999 with the American Red Cross, where she started as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Executive Director. Throughout her career, she has consistently held responsibilities related to fundraising, grants, and organizational leadership, including serving as Director of Employment and Training for Oklahoma with Viability. Across every role, Robin has remained committed to strengthening organizations through strategic development and community engagement.

What Robin enjoys most about her work is connecting people to a mission that matters. She is passionate about helping programs grow in ways that directly support individuals and create long-term sustainability for the services they rely on.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys life on her farm, where she and her family raise sheep and chickens. She also loves gardening and is beginning to explore home canning. Robin has been married to her husband, Roger, since 2022 and values time spent with her family, including her son Andrew, his wife Liera, her stepdaughters Breanna, Baylee, and Sklar, and her granddaughter Charlee. Since moving to Missouri, she has enjoyed learning more about her family’s deep roots in the Washington and New Haven area.

Robin’s leadership, experience, and dedication to community make her an invaluable part of the Pathfinder family.

🌟 Thank You to Our Community Employment Partners 🌟

This week, we’re proud to highlight three organizations who have opened their doors and their hearts to inclusion through our Employment Services program:
Big Joel’s Safari, Everett’s Greenhouse, and Wright City Food Pantry.

Each of these partners plays a meaningful role in helping individuals explore job skills, build confidence, and experience what it means to be welcomed as part of a team. Whether through workplace tours, hands-on opportunities, or supportive environments, their involvement creates real learning moments that leave a lasting impact.

At Warren County Pathfinders, we value partnerships rooted in kindness, patience, and community spirit. These connections remind the individuals we support that their contributions are valued and that they belong.

💙 Thank you to Big Joel’s Safari, Everett’s Greenhouse, and Wright City Food Pantry for being part of this important work.
💙 If your business is interested in getting involved by offering a tour or an opportunity for our participants, we’d love to connect. Please reach out to Janice to start the conversation.

Together, we’re paving the way to possABILITIES and building a community where everyone has the chance to grow.
