YOUR INTUITION AND HOW TO DEVELOP IT

How do we make choices to bring in our highest timeline?
Time is not a constant. Energy is fluid.

Our physical reality is an ebb and flow of spiritual energy. The energy flows to us, emanates from us into the cosmos of light, and bounces back.
How we feel and interpret that energy is our intuition.

What is Intuition?
Intuition is our soul’s method of understanding other realities.
Intuition is our higher self’s way of communicating.
It is information coming to us from “beyond the veil.”
It is guidance for our best good coming from our higher self.
How does intuition come to you?
It varies for every person. Which one resonates with you?

Intuition can come through:
👉Your body’s physical senses - unusual shivers to alert/warn or to validate specific knowledge (spirit chills).
👉Your emotions - unusual feelings of warmth or uneasiness.
👉Your thoughts - unusual guidance appearing as random thoughts or an inner knowing.
All information is first energy. 💥
This energy is from “beyond the veil” or from our higher selves/soul consciousness. The energy will hit our body, emotions, or thoughts FIRST.
We then have to:
1. Recognize it.
2. Interpret it.
As we listen to the “unusual sensations” in either our body, emotions, or thoughts, we begin to develop our intuition.
Develop your intuition today by:
👉 Identifying three things that make you very happy.
👉 Identifying three things that you don’t like.
👉 Focus on the feelings, thoughts or physical sensations.
(This practice causes you to recognize your OWN physical and emotional sensations. Then when your higher self wants to speak, you will come to know the good vibes or the bad vibes of a particular decision.
