🎉 BIG WINS FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY IN KANSAS 🎉

This week, Governor Kelly signed TWO major bills into law that directly expand the role of physical therapists and improve patient care across our state:

✅ HB 2562 – Allows PTs to certify disability placards for patients
✅ SB 430 – Allows PTs to perform point-of-care testing (including lactate & blood glucose)

These changes mean greater access, improved efficiency, and better care for the patients we serve.

More details to come as we begin implementing these this summer—but today, we celebrate progress.

đź’™ This is what advocacy looks like.
đź’™ This is what your voice helps accomplish.
