That’s why MHA created the Women’s Mental Health Resource Center.

We put together these resources to remind you that you are not alone. Discover articles, blogs, webinars, and personal stories that provide practical insights and real-life experiences on managing mental wellness through every stage of life.

Today we are sharing a in honor of National Make A Friend Day! At Voice and Vision, we believe in the power of strong friendships. As such, we facilitate the Compeer program in Delaware County to match caring adults in one-to-one, co-equal friendships with people of the same gender who are in mental health recovery. We also organize the CompeerCORPS program, which connects Veterans in recovery to develop friendships and offer support. Visit our website to learn more about our Compeer and CompeerCORPS programs: https://voiceandvisioninc.org/compeer/
