Members of the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council (PADDC) were recently involved in the advocacy, development, and achievement of the new accessible bathroom in the PA State Capitol Building, fully equipped with adult-rated disability assistance facilities. After this success, the United States Access Board is looking for public comment. See below to learn how you can help!

The U.S. Access Board has published an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) asking for public comment on its approach to developing technical standards for universal changing stations required to be provided by sponsors of medium and large hub airports seeking airport development project grants.
