We’ve been notified that UnitedHealthcare recently mailed letters to several patients incorrectly stating that Chris Coston is out-of-network.

This information is NOT correct — Chris is, and will continue to be, an in-network provider with UnitedHealthcare**

UHC is expected to send out a corrected letter, but until then, please know your coverage with Chris has not changed.
