Reflecting upon 2025, we are thankful for the many community partners who helped make our mission possible.

We are thankful for the individuals we have met who have let us walk along side them for a short season of their lives and we honor the ones who are no longer with us.

We are thankful for the chance to be an advocate for the individuals in our community who have fallen through the cracks.

We are thankful for the opportunity to serve our neighbors.
