If you use the Genbook app to book with us, please discontinue using Genbook. You can find our new booking information on our website, chartermassage.org, and click on the tab that says Schedule Online.

A few reminders as we reopen today!

Please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.

Please come alone to your appointment. Any additional guests will be asked to wait in the car.

Upon arrival, please call 574-267-1720. We will let you know if your therapist is ready for you.

If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

We will be reopening on Monday, May 11th!

For the safety of our therapists and clients, Charter Health Center will be requiring you to wear a mask when you arrive for your appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.

Upon arrival, we are asking that you call 574-267-1720 to check in and we will let you know if your therapist is ready for you. If not, you will be asked to wait in your car until they are ready.

A waiver will need to be signed by all clients before any services will be provided.

If you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with any other person who has had a positive test result for Covid-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients.
