What is Restorative yoga?

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down. 💗 It opens the body through passive, gentle stretching and minimal moving. Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga.

The details from the hostess ….

- PermaLinx pieces range from $35-$75. Tax will be added at check out.

- Must preorder to guarantee that what they want is on hand. Plus if you want a personalized bracelet, you will most def have to preorder.

-all orders must be submitted by Friday (10/13) evening the absolute latest, That way it’ll get here by the day of the party.

- orders will automatically be coming to the hostess . I’ll be bringing them with me & then linx everybody at the studio.
