Our new office address is 3151 E Center St, Warsaw. Located within the new offices of Legacy Family Health Care.
As of now Dr. Anthony is keeping the same schedule as the previous location.

Tuesday & Thursday:
8:30-12:30, 2:30-6:00
(closed for lunch 12:30-2:30)
Friday 8:30-12

Hours are subject to change during holidays, Warsaw Highschool sports schedules, and crop insurance sales season.

Anthony Chiropractic is at a new location. 3151 E Center St, Warsaw, IN 46580
The new location is east of Bob Evans in the strip mall, in the Centre Center, next to Avis Car Rental. It is the first door to the left of Avis.
We are still working on getting phones lines up and signage for the new location!
